 Bread rolls with Groningen sausage

Fixings:

6 wholewheat bread rolls
1 red pepper
2 Groninger metworst or 1 lb coarse hotdog
100 grams/4 oz medium Gouda cheddar
6 tbsp salad dressing, for instance raspberry
touch of powdered cloves
30 grams/1 oz spread or margarine
100 grams/4 oz blended lettuce

Directions
Wash and clean the pepper and dispose of all seeds. Cut the pepper, the wiener and cheddar into little 3D shapes and blend these in a bowl in with the plate of mixed greens dressing. Add a spot of cloves.

Open the bread rolls and spread them. Put the lettuce on the base parts and gap the cheddar/wiener blend over the six different parts. Close the rolls and serve for lunch.Cool . Partake in the Bread rolls with Groningen frankfurter !!!
