DUTCH RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 mahi-mahi filets (150-200 grams each)
500 grams/1 lb slashed tomatoes
2 tbsp escapades
3 tbsp cut dark olives
3 tbsp olive oil
1½ cup white wile
salt and pepper

Fire up the grill. Season the fish filets with salt and pepper and put them on an oiled grill rack. Turn just a single time and brush with olive oil.
